Sunrisers Hyderabad was founded in 2012. They came as a replacement for the Deccan Charges. The team had won it’s one and only title in 2016 under the captaincy of David Warner. Since then the team has consistently delivered and been a part of play-offs year after year.
SRH is known for its pace bowling lineup as they have the capability to defend scores of 130 and 140 runs. That’s the reason for the team being successful in recent years.
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) is a T20 franchise team in the India Premier League (IPL). The franchise was created by SUN TV Network’s Kalantithi Maran in 2012 after Hyderabad-based Deccan Chargers got eliminated in IPL. David Warner is the Captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad, and its Coach is Trevor Bayliss. The home ground of the Team is the Hyderabad-based Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. It has a capacity of 55,000 seats.
